Terms & Conditions
The rules for using TWINHAX, Dash Bot, and Teras — our subscription tools for Digimon Masters Online. Please read this before you subscribe.
Acceptance of these Terms
By creating an account on this website, joining our Discord server to open a purchase ticket, or installing or running TWINHAX, Dash Bot, or Teras (together, the "Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not create an account, purchase a subscription, or use the Software.
These Terms form a binding agreement between you ("Tamer", "you") and the team operating TWINHAX ("we", "us", "our").
What the service is
TWINHAX is a desktop panel for Digimon Masters Online that, once activated with a valid license key, lets a subscriber generate in-game tickets, evolutions, and special items from a simple interface, subject to a refresh limit every 24 hours. Dash Bot and Teras are separate companion products offered under the same account and Discord-based delivery system.
Access is sold as a rotating, seat-limited subscription (a fixed number of seats per server region, refreshed on a weekly cycle). A license key is single-use and tied to the account and server region it was issued for.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, in line with Discord's own minimum age requirement — our entire purchase and delivery flow runs through Discord. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf, including the payment method used.
Accounts & licenses
Your website account (created by email and password or by continuing with Google) and your Discord account together identify you as a subscriber. A license key is personal, non-transferable, and may not be shared, resold, or used to activate the Software for anyone other than the account it was issued to.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and your seat's license key confidential. We are not liable for losses caused by a license key you shared or failed to keep secure.
Subscriptions & payment
Subscriptions are billed per seat, per server region, and are paid through Binance Pay unless we state otherwise in your ticket. A purchase is confirmed once our staff verifies your payment on Discord and a license key is issued to your account.
All sales are final. Because a license key is generated and delivered instantly upon payment confirmation, we do not offer refunds once a key has been issued, except where required by law. If your seat's turn in the weekly rotation has not started yet and you decide not to continue, contact us on Discord before your key is generated.
⚠ Third-party game — you use it at your own risk
TWINHAX is an independent, third-party tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the developers or publishers of Digimon Masters Online. Automation tools of this kind are generally against most online games' own Terms of Service.
Using the Software may result in penalties from the game's operator, up to and including temporary or permanent suspension of your game account, with no recourse against us. By subscribing, you acknowledge this risk and agree it is yours alone to accept — we are not responsible for any action taken by the game's operator against your in-game account.
Acceptable use
When using our website, Discord server, or the Software, you agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute the Software or resell access to it.
- Share, transfer, or publicly post a license key issued to your account.
- Attempt to bypass the seat/queue system or claim more than your assigned seat.
- Open a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute after a key has been delivered.
- Abuse, harass, or impersonate staff members in our support tickets or Discord server.
Suspension & termination
We may suspend or permanently revoke your license key, your website account, or your access to our Discord server, without a refund, if we determine in good faith that you have violated these Terms, including the Acceptable Use section above.
You may stop using the Software and cancel your active subscription at any time from your dashboard; this stops the subscription from renewing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
No warranty & limitation of liability
The Software and our website are provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranty of uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. Digimon Masters Online may change at any time in ways that affect the Software's features; we do not guarantee continued compatibility.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the Software or our services is limited to the amount you paid us for your current subscription period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost in-game items, lost game accounts, or lost profits.
Privacy
We store the minimum account data needed to run your subscription: your website account (email or Google account), your chosen username, your license history, and your support tickets. We do not sell your data. Your Discord ID is used only to verify your identity when linking a purchase to your website account.
Changes to these Terms & contact
We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will reflect the latest revision. Continuing to use the Software or our services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to our staff through a support ticket on our Discord server.
